About: This historical landmark features a restaurant, office spaces, and boutique hotel. We collaborated to core and shell this space with architects, our clients, and other parties to create a unique mixed use space that honored the landmark and its new clients in downtown Scottsbluff, Nebraska.

About: Miller Industrial is a hardware store and e commerce site that services primarily B2B clients in construction.
